A one-day retreat in Bedfordshire for women living with persistent pain who are ready to understand it, work with it, and start living more fully again.
You have tried pushing through. You have tried resting. You have been told to pace yourself, stay positive, or simply learn to live with it.
And yet pain still dominates your thoughts, your energy, your plans and your confidence.
You are not imagining it. You are not weak. And you are not out of options.
The Pain Reframe Retreat was created for people who are exhausted by surviving and are ready to start reconnecting with life again.

Learn why pain persists even when scans and tests show nothing. Clear, validating, and free from medical jargon.
Practical tools to help your body feel calmer, safer and less reactive — reducing overwhelm and giving you back a sense of control.
Gentle, confidence-building movement to help you reconnect with your body. No bootcamp culture. No pressure.
Pain can quietly become your whole identity. This retreat helps you reconnect with who you are beyond your symptoms.
Spend the day with people who genuinely understand what it feels like to live with ongoing pain, fear and exhaustion. No judgement. No pretending.
You will leave with real strategies you can use in everyday life, not a folder of information that sits on a shelf.
